GET IN THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT

This year the average person is expected to spend $932 on gifts and holiday items. Up 5% from last year's $886.

Add to this that US holiday sales have grown year-over-year for over a decade and doesn't look like it's stopping anytime soon.

And it's not only the US. For all our international readers, the US is in the middle of the pack based on average spend per person πŸ‘€

Let's jump right in and give you the zingers so you can start building right away because this massive demand is coming in every country.

1. Winter Wonderland Adventure

This one is called the "Winder Wonderland Adventure". You're going to create the coolest Christmas experience for families and make a ton of money in just 4 weeks.

You'd rent out a mansion or storefront for one month. It might cost $5,000 to $10,000. Then create an awesome experience. Something like this:

Right when families walk in they're greeted by elves that show them around the house and all the attractions it has.

A reindeer petting zoo, an unboxing presents section for chances to win prizes, and of course at the end Santa Claus sitting on a bench waiting to take a picture with the family. It's up to you what attractions you want, be creative!

This might sound expensive but it's pretty easy to see how this attraction makes thousands of dollars.

Say you spend $10,000 on one month of rent and another $10,000 on actors, attractions, and decorations.

You now need to make over $20,000 for this project to be profitable.

Here's how I think you could get there:

Charge $20 per person to tour the mansion and attractions.

Haunted houses average 8,000 paid guests per season. Let's assume you're able to get 25% of that (2,000 people).

That's $40,000 or $20,000 in profit for one month of work.

Right now is the time to get this started. The end of November to the end of December is prime time for these kinds of attractions.

AnecdoteIf you think this won't work, I was listening to a My First Million pod the other day and Sam, one of the hosts was talking about one of his friends who runs a Christmas lights drive-through business.

Essentially, they make this park look insane.. imagine the most decked-out house you've ever seen on Christmas and multiply it by 10. That's what this is.

Families come and pay $40 to drive through the park with their kids for the "oohs" and "ahhs" of these amazing Christmas lights.

Now Sam didn't say exactly how much they make but he did say it was a 9 figure business. Meaning his buddy makes millions of dollars in about 4 weeks. Pretty crazy.

2. Pet Costumes

Here's a crazy stat you probably didn't know: this year for Halloween people spent $700 million on pet costumes.

If people love dressing up their pets so much, what makes you think they won't do the same for Christmas?

Just look at these costumes πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ you can dress up your dog and cat.

This costume averages $1,350/mo per Jungle Scout sales estimator.

Heck, you could even dress up your bearded dragon πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I've said this before and I'll say it again: if it's one thing people will spend an ungodly amount of money on, it's their pets.

It's no surprise how PetSmart and Petco make so much money ($7B and $3B). Their margins are high because people are willing to buy expensive products for the animals they love, no matter the cost.

3. Spirit for Christmas

Get this, Spirit makes $1 billion every year. Yeah, you're thinking of the right store. The popups you start to see takeover vacant stores around September:

Now, am I crazy or is there no Spirit for Christmas??

A store for all your Christmas essentials from the beginning of November through December. It could include Christmas lights, themed dining ware, and Christmas party decorations.. you decide.

This seems like a no-brainer store and you already have a company that makes $1 billion to copy from. Do the exact seem thing they do but for Christmas.

MEME OF THE DAY

Crazy how close they both look to SBF and Caroline (the people behind the whole FTX scam) πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

That's all I got for ya today folks!!
