This website will pay you anywhere from $100 - $700 for sharing your knowledge and answering research studies based on your professional experience.

If it sounds too good to be true, that’s what I thought too until I did some digging and found it actually has a 4.5-star rating with more than 150 reviews on reputable sites like G2.

How does Respondent work?It pays you for taking part in research studies in your profession both in-person and online focus groups.

Many big companies like Microsoft, IBM, and GoDaddy use Respondent for gathering genuine feedback from people who use their products.

So basically, you'll get paid to share your opinions on products you use in your everyday job to help make future ones better - pretty cool, and easy.

Here are the average payouts for different professions:

Some project listings include:

• People selling online – $100 for 60 minutes

• Families living in connected homes – $50 for 45 minutes

• People interested in investing – $75 for 45 minutes

• Small business owners – $85 for 60 minutes

• Online banking customers – $50 for 60 minutes

• People who send cold emails – $200 for 30 minutes

The amount a person can earn depends on various factors such as the number of surveys they do, the length and complexity of each survey, and the compensation offered by the research companies, but on the FAQ page it says on average companies pay $100 - $500 an hour.

Our Reddit friends are having success too. A big indicator if something is legit or not.

Signing up is straightforward. Create an account using your work email to verify your job, include your skills and interests, and Respondent's algorithm will match you with research studies.

Pro Tip - Upload a profile photo when signing up to increase your chances of getting selected for a research study. Uploading a photo and connecting your social media helps researchers verify your identity.

2. Take the studies

Once you get matched with a study select a time that works for you and start participating!

You can also browse for projects and select one that interest you. All of the projects tell you how long it should take to finish and how much it pays. There's also a brief description of what they are looking for in the participant.

After you complete each study Respondent will take a 5% (the price of doing business) and you'll get paid via PayPal.

Bonus Tip - You can even make money by getting your smart friends to sign up and if they're chosen to do a study you get $50 - just make sure they use your referral link!
